The tyres are cracked and perished. The seat is cracked and torn, the pedals are worn, the front mud guard is bent, there is paint loss to many areas as well as rust spots. The bell works. Part of the front mud guard is missing. The back wheels are slightly buckled. It would benefit from a service and has had a bad paint job.
