A late 20th century George II style black and gilt Chinoiserie bureau-cabinet, decorated throughout with Chinese figures and landscapes, designed with arched broken cornice above two cupboard doors opening to reveal a compartmentalised interior with multiple drawers, a fall front writing surface with drawers and pigeon holes, above a set of graduated drawers, supported on bun feet, 230 cm high x 101 cm wide x 65 cm deep

Condition report: losses to the surface in multiple parts, the left pull out support for the fall front is stuck and will not pull out, the piece is a reproduction so not old, the finials on either side of the cornice seem added or repainted, could have been broken off and repaired.
