A George III silver tea pot and sugar bowl by Joseph Angell I, London 1816, designed with part fluted bulbous bodies on paw feet, the teapot with acanthus detail to spout and handle, the twin handled sugar bowl with acanthus detail to handles, teapot 15 cm high x 29 cm long, sugar bowl 22 cm wide, combined weight 1032 g

teapot: ivory cracked to handle, repair to finial on lid (it was previously broken off), deep bruises to one side of the body, a few other bruises and nicks here and there, surface scratches commensurate with age
