A 19th century French gilt metal and white marble clock garniture, the clock cast as a cherub amongst clouds with a kneeling female below with birds and a vase, the 4" dial having pierced gilt hands painted with Roman numerals, the two train movement having countwheel striking on a single bell, 39cm high x 31.5cm wide, the matching garnitures in the form of wing cherubs holding up two sconces, 34cm high

The striking works fine, it is currently ticking. The dial could be a replacement and is chipped around the winding crowns and it is pitted. The garnetchers have general wear. One has been repaired. Please see condition report images.
