A George IV silver snuff box by Edward Farrell, hallmarked London 1821, of oval form, the hinged lid decorated in high relief of figures seated by a table, 4cm high x 7.3cm wide
There are some light surface scratches. It could benefit from a clean and polish. Apart from that, there are no other obvious signs of damage.
