We are unsure if the ruby is natural or lab grown or if it has been treated or not. Some tiny chips are visible to the edges of the ruby as well as scratches. The diamonds do not appear to be chipped but do have dark inclusions. All of the stones are secure in their settings. Wear to the shank. It would benefit from a clean. 18K marks are visible but worn. Please see condition report images.
