A George III mahogany 8 day longcase clock, the case having a broken swan neck pediment with painted scroll panels, two reeded columns flanking the arched top dial, signed '(William) Taylor King Street West Haven' and having a date dial surrounded by a silvered chapter ring, pierced gilt metal spandrels and moon phase above, the movement striking on a single bell, 229cm high x 53cm wide
