A Meiji period Japanese white metal, fabric and bone effect tobako-ire (tobacco pouch) and plaque possibly used as a scoop, with white metal dragon menuki clasp, the cloth pouch decorated with multiple dragons and clouds, attached by ten white metal chains to a circular celluloid cased white metal dragon Kagamibuta netsuke, the plaque being an ivory model of a cloud Raijin with wear to the tip suggesting its use as a scoop.
