An early 20th century Art Deco part coffee set by Edna Best for Lawleys, pattern no. 1140, comprising a coffee pot, a cream jug, a sugar bowl, five cups and saucers, painted with fruit border on a cream ground with orange band to the bottom and green handles, each with factory mark to underside, the coffee pot 16 cm high

Condition report:
teapot: crazing throughout, the lid is chipped, some small chipped areas to the paint.
Light crazing to the sugar bowl, one cup with vertical crack to body and chip to underside, another cup with repaired handle.
Other pieces have paint loss chips.
